Our ShopOUR SERVICES
All of the dogs that we supply as Service Dogs and the dogs that will have Service Dog training, along with Therapy Dogs and Emotional support dogs, go through a strict evaluation process and are pulled from rescues and shelters to be trained to help people in need at a reasonable price. If you would like a Service Dog, Therapy Dog, or Emotional Support Dog, see our services below in those categories to learn more. If you want your dog to go through service dog training, therapy dog training, or emotional support dog training, look at our DIY packages where we train you and teach your dog to perform the tasks needed for your specific disability.
Veteran K9 is a national organization that will travel to provide you with whatever type of dog or training you are in need of. Right now, our trainers travel from Memphis, TN to Mississippi, Arizona, New York, Indiana, etc.
**There will be no refunds on payments or donations made for services**

Service Dogs
A Service Dog helps a person with a disability lead a more independent life. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service dog is “a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.”

Therapy Dogs
Therapy dogs are dogs who go with their owners to volunteer in settings such as schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. From working with a child who is learning to read to visiting a senior in assisted living, therapy dogs and their owners work together as a team to improve the lives of other people. Therapy dogs are not service dogs.

Emotional Support Dogs
An emotional support dog is a type of dog that provides comfort to help relieve a symptom or effect of a person's disability. They may be trained for a specific owner, but they are NOT trained for specific tasks or duties to aid a person with a disability, and this is the main difference between ESAs and service dogs.

Mission Statement
"SAVING ONE PERSON, ONE RESCUE AT TIME."
Our mission and our goal is to help as many people as we can with the needs that they have. We are a company strictly for the regular, every day working person. This is why it is so important to us that we can offer service dog training as well as therapy and emotional support dog training at a great price. We hope that we can help you!
Value Added Services
Veteran K9, as many clients attest to, approaches dog training from all sides. What we mean by that, is training is not simply about correcting a dog's negative behavior; we teach the owners the psychology behind that behavior so that the owner is empowered to handle every new situation that comes from a relationship with their four-legged friend. Thus, giving owners more value in our services. Our goal is that, after your experience with us, you will never need a trainer again with your new experience.

We Love Rescues
Although we love all dogs and want to help owners and dogs become the pack they want to be, rescues have a special place in our hearts. Rescues are fully capable of learning and adopting a job, in fact, they thrive at having a purpose. This is why we ONLY use rescues as our dogs. These dogs are excited to have a pack that they can contribute to and they typically work to please their people after they realize they are going to a good home.
